Thanksgiving is upon us. Fortunate to live in this beautiful area of Minnesota with it's four seasons is a blessing. Yes, everyone thinks summer is the best but don't sell winter short. It is the most peaceful, beautiful time of the year, after fall. We have had a taste already, seems fall does not want to give up just yet, so it returns with warm sun, and melting snow....along with the wind of course. The ice started to form around the edges of the lake but that too succumbed to a few nice fall days. Thankful in so many ways, this Thanksgiving, let us express our gratitude for all we have, Thanksgiving Day is for giving thanks for divine goodness. Lake Washburn, we are blessed!
