Labor Day weekend is already upon us. What a beautiful summer it has been! There are many days still to be enjoyed before the next season shows up on the calendar. We have a little fall feel but the lake has been like glass, the most perfect time for that quiet pontoon ride to take in the beauty of our lake. Saturday morning would be a good time for a walk down County Road 48. While walking, you can help clean the ditches....meet at the Public Landing at 9 a.m. to get supplies. You can walk and volunteer at the same time! Now that is multi-tasking!! Enjoy the weekend, be safe! Remember as you are removing your watercraft, lifts, and docks, check for invasive species.
